Friday

Friday -
* 8: 00 AM to 11:00 AM – Horse & Rider evaluations; (Charmayne will watch you run, walk or lope your horse through the pattern at whatever speed you are currently going on your horse. Charmayne will then ride through the pattern at a slow speed on your horse to get a feel for the horse and know what to work on. Heather Heath (Charmayne’s assistant) will be making notes and will also be involved with each rider & horse to understand their needs.) Charmayne will evaluate approximately 5 riders every 30 minutes. Upon arrival, check in with Heather and sign up for desired time slot for your evaluation. After evaluations, an instructional clinic overview will be conducted by Charmayne. This is a very important segment of the clinic. You will not be on your horses during this time.
*11:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Charmayne will demonstrate proper hand and body position around a barrel.
*12:15 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch
*1:15 PM - 5:15 PM: Instruction Charmayne and Heather, (all students)
(Slow work – Riders need long or split reins for this session)
** Throughout the day the students who choose to get dental and chiropractic work can do so after they check with Heather.
* 5:30 PM- Equine dentistry lecture with Randy Riedinger.
Saturday -
*8:00 AM - 12 noon: Instruction with Charmayne and Heather, (all students)
* 12 noon - 1:00PM: Lunch
* 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Instruction with Charmayne and Heather, (all students)
** Throughout the day the students who choose to get dental and chiropractic work can do so after they check with Heather.
* 5:15 PM: Motivation lecture plus question and answer session. Equine chiropractic demonstration with Daryl Elliott.
Sunday –
*8:00 AM - 12 noon: Instruction with Charmayne and Heather, (all students)
*12 noon - 1:00PM: Lunch
*1:00 PM: Live Clock Barrel Race. Students that need to get on the road early need to check with Heather so they can make their run's first. Each student will receive additional help and/or comments about their run. Clinic comes to a close approximately 4pm.
